Supplementary materials should showcase involvement in extracurricular activities and any materials will be accepted. Supplementary materials that can be uploaded include, but are not limited to, the following: letter/documents showcasing community service hours, letters/documents showcasing part-time or full-time work, certificates, awards and/or recognitions, art portfolio, document/portfolio of social media or graphic design work, news article about applicant, personal website, creative writing samples, academic paper, research abstract, short film, music video, poetry, excerpt of authored book, etc.

If selected as a scholarship recipient, the student must complete a minimum of 25 hours of community service with JUVE and/or a community partner of JUVE. Do you pledge to complete a minimum of 25 hours of community service with JUVE upon being selected as a scholarship recipient?
