Our policy decision-making within the organization is based on the balance of powers. JUVE has a Board of Directors, and staff represented by the Executive Director. The Board monitors and evaluates the work of the Executive Director. In addition, the Board conducts fundraising activities, and get projects submitted by the Executive Director to be approved before they can be implemented.
